The Manager of Site Operations is responsible for leading daily operations and logistics for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park onsite student and volunteer experience at the JA Discovery Center
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of 20–30 part-time staff, build meaningful relationships & recruit volunteers, design and implement a seamless volunteer on-boarding process, and serve as one of the ambassadors for JA in the community.
Leads daily operations and logistics for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park onsite student and volunteer experience at the JA Chick-fil-A Discovery Center.
