How Can you make an impact?
Business Coach
As a Business Coach, you will provide guidance to student teams as they research the case challenge and develop their unique solution into a formal presentation. Business Coaches act as the sounding board for students, giving teams feedback on their ideas, presentation content, and delivery.
Business Judge
As a Business Judge, you will be a part of a small group that will evaluate the schools’ top presentations by following a rubric. Business Judges will provide constructive feedback and as a group, select the top winning presentation.

We send a comprehensive training video and coaching resources to each registered volunteer. The training includes the case challenge overview, student engagement tips, and coaching strategies.

Each volunteer will receive a detailed email from a 3DE team member with parking and arrival instructions. Each volunteer will need to check in at the school with a photo ID. Upon check in, a 3DE representative will meet you at the front desk and escort you to the appropriate classroom.

Coaching sessions usually last 2-3 hours depending on the specific school.

Judging sessions typically last around 1-2 hours.

Time Commitment: Volunteer sessions take place in-person at our 3DE high schools. Volunteer opportunities are typically 2-3 hours with dates and times varying by school location.
